Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to love your items! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:

• Return Window: Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect. 

How to Request a Return:

1. Email contact@enyinina.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions and an address for shipping.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us at contact@enyinina.com within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
